Bathrooms

The 2 full baths are probably the rooms that need the most work, but they are centrally located in the home and are not so large that renovation costs will be out of control.

Note the pocket door on the bath.  The floor has been replaced with ceramic tile, with open shelving next to the vanity.

This bathroom requires the most work to repair the chipping tub and replace the flooring.

Yes, the bathrooms need major work.  But local architectural salvage yards can be a great source for claw foot tubs and period sinks and vanities.  Imagine the possibilities!!
